Baking powder - The Hearty Vegetable

Fun fact: cream of tartar is a naturally occurring bi-product of the winemaking process.

Ingredients:

-2 parts cream of tartar

-1 part baking soda

Method:

Stir or sift cream of tartar and baking soda together in a bowl. Store in an airtight container for up to 4 weeks.
